Role Overview:
We are seeking a patient-friendly and proactive Telecaller / Patient Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert inquiries into appointments, and provide excellent pre- and post-consultation support. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient inquiry is attended to with empathy, accuracy, and promptness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries (from digital campaigns, website, Practo, walk-ins, etc.).
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, missed appointments, and patient inquiries.
  • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication and understanding of patient needs.
  • Explain the hospital’s fertility services, doctors’ profiles, consultation process, and packages clearly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and front office teams to track confirmed appointments and show-ups.
  • Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM / Google Sheets.
  • Follow up with patients post-consultation for feedback and re-engagement.
  • Assist with reminders, confirmation calls, and promotional campaigns.

Maintain patient confidentiality and handle all interactions professionally.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferably in healthcare, communication, or customer service).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or hospital front office.
  • (Experience in fertility, IVF, or healthcare industry preferred.)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus).
  • Empathetic and patient-centric attitude.
  • Good computer knowledge – MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under minimal supervision.
